Come one, come all
to watch or join in this year's boat parade of lights. The parade
of lights is a decorated boat competition featuring boats of all
types and sizes, parading from Wilcox Dock to the Plattsburgh
Boat Basin. This is the official kickoff to the Mayor's
Cup Festival. Judging takes place at the Naked Turtle and prizes
are awarded Saturday during the Regatta Awards Ceremony & BBQ.
